Hi! Here is another Healthy Baking Recipe for you all from a Bangalore Homebaker! This is a VEGAN Cake baked by Siri from Bake it Green! Follow the recipe in the video to make it at home.

1/4 cup very ripe avocado mashed
1/4 cup very ripe banana mashed
1/3 cup water
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2/3 heaped cups of wwf
Nuts and choco chips as per you choice for the batter and for garnish
1.In a bowl, mix the mashed avocada and banana.
2.Add brown sugar to this and mix.
3.Then, add water, cider vinegar, and vanilla essence. Mix well.
4.Add Baking Powder and Baking Soda
5.Add Oil and mix.
6.Add the dry ingredients now- Whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, corn flour and mix really well.
7. Add walnuts or other dry fruits(Optional)
8. Line a tray and pour the mix here.
9. Bake at 180 degree celsius for 30 Minutes.
Serve with tea or coffee!
