1. Set oven to 400°
2. Wash and pat dry fish.
3. Drizzle olive oil and place to 2 lemon slices on top of fish.
4. Wrap fish in parchment paper & bake for 25 mins.
5. Take a handful of cilantro & basil and put into food processor combined with olive oil and rest of juice from lemon.
6. Blend and serve over fish.
