EASY Back to School Granola!

EASY Back to School Granola!

Sarah is making an awesome, healthy breakfast and snack for the family. Granola!!! Banana, apples, peanut granola. Most of the ingredients are from Azure Standard: https://www.azurestandard.com/?a_aid=566d73f0eb

Easy (Versatile) Granola:

12 cups rolled oats (old fashioned oats)
2 cups nuts or seeds (I used 1 cup sunflower seeds, 1 cup peanuts)
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup coconut oil (melted)
2/3 cups honey
2 cups dried fruit (I used 1 cup dried bananas, 1 cup dried apples)

Combine first 5 ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine oil and honey. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir well. Grease 2 cookie sheets. Divide granola mixture between the 2 pans and spread evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Cool before storing in air tight containers.

****** About Living Traditions Homestead ******

Living Traditions Homestead is all about living a simple and sustainable way of life. We believe the world has gotten too “busy” and that people are missing out on many of the true blessings this world has to offer. We started as a small urban homestead in Gilbert, AZ and after the city grew up around us, decided it was time leave corporate America and take a big leap of faith by moving our family to the Missouri Ozarks.

We put out 3 new videos every week! Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. We hope you will become part of our homestead family by subscribing to our channel and watching as we transition from city dwellers to full time homesteaders!
