I decided to try something new this week and share 3 healthy easy fall breakfast ideas that are packed with protein. These were super quick and I’m almost positive these are all paleo lol. Feel free to modify these as well to your liking! Let me know if you try any of these recipes below.

Fall Hash:

2 cups cubed butternut squash
1/2 white onion
8 slices of bacon
4 eggs
salt and pepper

Healthy Paleo Pumpkin Muffins

2/3 cup pumpkin puree
1 egg
1 banana
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 – 3/4 cup almond flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ginger

Coffee Overnight Protein Oats

1/4 cup coffee
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup oats
1/2 scoop of chocolate protein powder
