2 cups full-fat sour cream;
400 ml (13.5 oz) full-fat cream, whipped;
150 g (5 oz) powdered sugar;
500 g (1 pound) biscuits, crumbled;
500 g (1 pound) frozen strawberries, chopped;
More whipped cream for decorating.
Combine sour cream with powdered sugar. Fold whipped cream into the mixture, add crumbled biscuits and chopped strawberries.
Spread cake mixture into the springform and leave in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
Remove the cake from the pan, decorate with whipped cream and serve.
