Oh my! I am not even sure where to start because these PROTEIN, FLOURLESS, COOKIES could be the best (and leanest) thing since sliced bread!!
These protein packed cookies are SO good!!!
Oh and.did I mention they are flourless?? I know… just when things look like they can’t get any better!
And to make things even better, these protein cookies are SO easy to make! Seriously, they are the easiest cookies you can make, which means they make for a perfect, no hassle meal prep! These cookies are also family friendly (my son Hudson LOVES them).
Likewise, I love these cookies because they are a great source of protein, healthy fats, and low GI carbohydrates. You can also prep them, and bring them everywhere and anywhere you go so you can make sure you are fuelling your body while satisfying your taste buds at the same time!
Note: I added some option zero sugar chocolate chip cookies. These are ENTIRELY optional but help satisfy that sweet tooth throughout the week.
Other optional ingredients which I included in this recipe were chocolate protein powder (about ½ scoop) and zero sugar maple syrup (I used Walden’s Farm brand *linked in my amazon store below). The protein powder is a great addition, both for taste and upping the protein content. Similarly, the zero sugar maple syrup is a MUCH better option than traditional maple syrup which is packed full of sugar and no good for us!
