Zucchini chips are healthy, easy to make and super tasty. I have put together some tips for you to consider when you are making these, coz’ everyone has their own preferences when it comes to Zucchini. So here you go:
1. The thinner you slice, the crunchier the chips will be.
2. The longer you bake, the crunchier the chips – but watch the oven, you dont want the chips to burn
3. For seasoning: Traditionally, people add salt and pepper. I have added whatever the hell I could put my hands on. And garlic and parmesean turned out to be highlights.
4. You can add bread crumbs and egg too, and I will post a separate video on that.
5. Serve with your choice of dip.
