Making these stuffed mushrooms is very easy. Just sauté some veggies, stuff them in mushrooms, top them with cheese and bake it till they become golden brown and sizzling. Mushrooms are filled with nutrients including vitamin B, minerals and protein. Here are some tips how to choose good mushrooms and store it. Whenever you are buying mushrooms look for firm, plum and no bruises mushrooms. For button mushrooms check that gills on the underside are tightly packed that means mushrooms are fresh. Keep mushrooms in paper bag and store them in fridge to keep them fresh for longer.
