Tapioca Pearl Jelly Dessert | Tapioca Pudding Recipe | Sago at Gulaman Pudding

Tapioca Pearl Jelly Dessert
Ingredients
1 pack(25g) Unflavored white gelatin powder
2 cup Water
1 Big can (370ml) Evaporated Milk
1 Big can (300ml) Condensed Milk
1 Tsp Vanilla
2 cup Mini Sago(Tapioca Pearl), cooked
2 pieces Red Apple, cut into cubes with skin
2 pieces Green Apple, cut into cubes with skin
3 pieces ripe Mango, cut into cubes

Procedure
1. In a pot combine gelatin powder, water, evaporated milk, condensed milk and vanilla.
Mix well. Turn on stove and stir over medium heat until it boils. Remove from stove
and add to jelly mixture cooked mini sago, red apple, green apple and mango cubes.
Mix well.
2. Scoop mixture into a mold. Let it cool to set. Once it cool unmold tapioca pearl jelly
and chill in the ref before serving.
