Cornbread with only two ingredients…sort of. Mix together 1 box of Jiffy corn bread/muffin mix plus 3/4 can of cream style corn. Bake in a #5 8-inch cast iron skillet, 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Let rest 5 minutes. Serve. That’s it. It doesn’t get much easier than this!
