What's For Dinner? || Real Life Easy Meal Ideas

(13:32) Pressure cooker Chicken Taco Soup (Recipe below)

○Taco Pot Pie○
Ingredients:
1 box refrigerated pie crust contains 2 crusts
1 lb. ground beef (or ground turkey)
1/2 c. diced onions
taco seasoning
1 can corn, drained
1 can black beans, drained
1 can diced tomatoes & green chilies (rotel)
1/2 cup salsa
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese

Directions:
1. Press 1 crust into the bottom of a deep-dish pie plate. Set aside.
2. In a large skillet, brown ground beef with diced onions until no longer pink.
3. Add taco seasoning, corn, black beans, tomatoes, and salsa. Stir to combine.
4. Pour mixture into unbaked pie crust & top with cheese.
5. Top with second pie crust, pinch edges to seal, cut slits in top.
6. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.

○Chicken Taco Soup○
Ingredients:
1 lb chicken breast
1 package taco seasoning
1 can corn, drained
1 can petite diced tomatoes
1 can black beans, drained
1 can pinto beans, drained
1/2 cup salsa
4 cups chicken broth or water and chicken bouillon

Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into pressure cooker, and stir.
2. Cook on manual high pressure for 15 min.
3. Do a quick release.
4. Remove chicken and shred.
5. Serve topped with cheese and anything else you like on tacos.
